Gluten Free Ployes

The ultimate gluten-free ploye recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup of gluten free (King Arthur) white flour
  • 2 tsp Rumford baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 cup water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, let sit for 5 minutes if batter thickens add a little more water, 1 or 2 Tbsp., Cook on hot preheated griddle, spread with the back of your spoon to thin, no need to flip when edges curl and ploye comes off easily they are ready! Enjoy!!!
